"We recently dined at this restaurant and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The kitchen truly deserves praise. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the service from one particular waitress. There was a very large party seated near us with many children who were running around the room with little supervision. The children were running around tables and It seemed like we were in a child care centre . The noise level became extremely high, and it was quite disruptive to the rest of the diners. We unfortunately needed to move tables so that we could hear each other speak. We informed one of the waitresses of the noise level The response we received was disappointing. The waitress said, “Well if you don’t like it, then don’t come back.” From a customer service perspective, this felt quite unprofessional and dismissive. I would suggest that large parties, especially those with many children, be accommodated in a private function room where possible. This would allow everyone to enjoy their experience both families celebrating and other guests hoping for a relaxed meal. The food is truly worth returning for, and I hope the service aspect can reflect the same high standard as the cuisine"

"We celebrated my Dad's 85th Birthday here today and it was our 1st time dining at this venue. The food portions were "huge" and delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone's meals were double portions and delicious. Will definitely return soon. Great value for money and highly recommended."

We were dining as a couple, and unfortunately our reserved table was located between three tables with large families and many small children, so the noise level was a bit too high. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation, and I would definitely go again!"

"Somewhat hidden away in croydon park Magpies Club, this bistro is one of the best in the inner west. The food is excellent quality and generous portions. It is a bit more expensive than some other options in the area but the food quality and service more than makes up for this. There are also good discounts for magpie club members and a great priced lunch menu with good options. The staff are absolutely lovely and get to know regulars but are equally welcoming to newbies or occasional visitors. This is my first choice for dinner or lunch. It can get a bit crowded and noisy during peak periods - because it's so good, but week day lunches are generally quiet. The club hosts lots of great events in the evenings as well which pair well with the Pasaeni's great menu."
